My Journey :
Hi, I’m Prakhar Rudra. From being a 52 kg skinny boy to transforming into 71 kg with 8% body fat, my journey has been all about discipline, patience, and self-belief. Karate, strength training, and functional programs shaped not just my body, but my mindset too.
