My Journey :
Hi, I’m Prakhar Rudra. From being a 52 kg skinny boy to transforming into 71 kg with 8% body fat, my journey has been all about discipline, patience, and self-belief. Karate, strength training, and functional programs shaped not just my body, but my mindset too.
My Purpose :
Fitness changed my life, and now I’m here to help you change yours. With the right guidance and consistent effort, your dream body and lifestyle can become reality. Remember—it all starts with the first step.
